Yes. We do not offer credit applications since our terms are always one of the below options. This is due to all products being manufactured specifically for your project and the majority of the time with colors and dimensions customized to your project.
Option 1: 100% prepayment at time of order.
This is the preferred method by the majority of our customers since there is no risk for the shipping of goods to be delayed if the balance payment gets delayed.
Option 2: 50% deposit at the time of order, 50% prior to shipping from the factory
Production will start upon receipt of a 50% deposit and we will advise you of the due date for the balance so the goods can ship on time. This is always a maximum of 3 weeks after the initial payment.
Regardless of the selected option, we will never start production without receiving at least 50% deposit. The issuance of a PO without this deposit does not start the “timer” on our lead times.
